Senior Highlights (2023-24): Appeared in 26 games, making 22 starts for the Saints. Averaged 24.7 minutes, 7.5 points, 2.8 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game. Recorded a season high 16 points in the December 9th game against Ashland. Led the team in steals with 51 on the season. Earned CSC Academic All-District Team honors.

Junior Highlights: (2022-2023) Appeared in all 35 games for the Saints, starting in 34 of them. Averaged 20.8 minutes, 5.7 points, 2.1 assists, and 2.7 rebounds per game. Martin shot 43.5% from the field and 33.3% from beyond the three point line. She scored a season high 13 points in the January, 5th victory over Campbellsville. She earned Daktronics Scholar Athlete, Academic All-Conference, and CSC Academic All-District honors.

Sophomore Highlights: (2021-2022) Martin appeared in 34 games and started eight for the Saints. She averaged 15.4 minutes, 2.7 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game. In the December 14th victory over Cumberlands (Ky.) she scored seven points on a perfect 3-3 day from the field. She also added four rebounds and three assists in that game. She earned Mid South Conference All-Academic honors.

First Year Highlights: (2020-2021) Martin played a reserve roll for the Saints.

High School Highlights: Rachel was a four-time letter winner at Summit Country Day under coach Beth Simmons....Named Team Captain , All- League First Team, All-League Player of the Year, Division 3 District 16 First Team, and Division 3 District 16 Player of the Year her junior year....Named Team Captain, All-League First Team, All-League Player of the Year, Division 3 District 16 First Team, Division 3 District 16 Player of the Year, District Senior All-Star Game, North-South All-Star Game, Division 3 Academic All-Ohio, and Cincinnati Enquirer All-Star Division 3 First Team her senior year....In soccer earned Sec Team All-State, All-Region,  and Scholar All-American her senior year.
