Sophomore Highlights (2025-26): Appeared in all 29 games for the Saints with 3 starts while averaging 14.5 minutes. She scored 68 total points (2.3 per game) and 59 rebounds (2.0 per game). She totaled 33 assists and 13 steals. She had a career-high 12 points against Walsh on February 12 and a career-high 6 rebounds against Ashland on February 5. She was named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.
First Year Highlights (2024-25): Appeared in 25 games and made 3 starts for the Saints. Averaged 11.3 minutes, 1.4 points and 1.0 rebounds per game. Recorded a season high 6 points in the November 19th game against Wheeling.
High School Highlights: Sterling attended Seymour High School where she was coached by Jason Longmeier. During her career she earned Team Captain and All-Conference (three times) honors.
