Senior Highlights: (2022-2023) Simon appeared and started in all 35 games for the Saints. Simon who scored her 1000th career collegiate point this season, averaged 26.1 minutes, 10.9 points, 2.1 assists, and 6.6 rebounds per game. She led the Saints in rebounds with 231 on the season. Simon recorded a season high 23 points in the March 14th victory over Cumberlands (Ky.) in the NAIA National Tournament. She earned NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, First Team All-Conference and Academic All-Conference honors.

Junior Highlights: (2021-2022) Simon appeared in 21 games and started 16 for the Saints. She averaged 21.9 minutes, 8.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.1 assists. She had a season high 26 points in the November 27th victory over St. Xavier (Ill.). She also recorded a double double in the November 20th victory over Tennessee Southern with 11 rebounds and 18 points. She earned Mid South Conference All-Academic and Mid South Conference Second Team All-Conference honors.

Sophomore Highlights: (2020-2021) Simon appeared and started in 18 games for the Saints. She averaged 23.2 minutes, 7.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game. She had a double-double in the November 21st victory over Life, as she recorded 11 rebounds and 11 points. She also scored 16 points in the November 7th victory over Indiana Wesleyan, as she went 10 for 10 from the free throw line. She earned Mid South Conference All-Academic honors.

High School Highlights: Emily was a four-time letter winner at Hilliard Davidson under coach Joy Taylor....Was Team Captain, First Team All-League, and made the All-Star game her sophomore through senior seasons, also made SEC Team All-League...Is Hilliard Davidson's All-Time leader in points(1152), three pointers made(143), and points in a game(39).

Personal: Emily Simon is the daughter of Kim Cottrell and Mike and Michelle Simon....Has four siblings, Michael Simon (25), Jackson Simon (19), Tanner Kaufman (15), and Trace Kaufman (17).
