Biography

First Year Highlights: (2022-2023) Appeared in 12 games for the Saints, averaging 3.4 minutes per game. Recorded 8 points, 9 rebounds and an assist on the season. Scored a season high 5 points in the February, 4th victory over Wilberforce. 

High School Highlights: Elswick attended Shelby Valley where she was coached by Lonnie Rowe. She was a four time team captain, along with being a four time All-State selection and a four time All-A Tournamanet Team selection. She became the second player in school history to record 1,000 rebounds and 2,000 points in their career. She set the all time rebounding record for the school.

Personal: Alyssa Elswick is the daughter of Shannon Elswick and Samantha Cook. She has one sibling, Jeremy Rowe (15).
