Mamee Elizabeth Salzer was born on April 19, 1994. She is the daughter of Jerry and Karla Salzer, she has three siblings: Casey, Matt and Sarah.
High School Highlights:
Mamee earned five varsity letters at St. Henry, where she played for Kyla Brady. Her Sophomore, Junior and Senior year she was named NKY Enquirer/ Coaches Top 10 All Star and was also named to First Team All-Conference. As a Freshman and Senior Mamee was named NKAC Conference D-II Player of the Year. Her team was Region 9 All 'A' Champions her Freshman, Junior and Senior years.
Freshman Highlights:
(2013) Mamee recieved First Team All-PAC and Second Team NFCA All-Ceutral Region ... She played and started all 43 games for the Saints this season ... batted .376 with an RBI of 30... had 52 putouts and 47 assists ... she had a 10-8 record at the plate with a 2.37 ERA with the 118.1 innings pitched.
Sophomore Highlights:
(2014) Named first team All-PAC and second team NFCA All-Central Region ... led the PAC in earned run average (1.61), was second in victories (17-3) and opponent batting average (.218), fourth in strikeouts (80) and fifth in innings pitched (113.1) ... at the plate, she batted .315 with two home runs, two triples, four doubles and 59 RBI.
Junior Highlights:
(2015) Named first team All-PAC ... named MVP of the PAC Championship Tournament ... had a 2.32 ERA with a 17-11 record with a one save ... had 127 strikeouts in 184.0 innings pitched ... third on the team in batting with a .329 average ... had three home runs, 11 doubles and a team-leading 30 RBI.
