Biography

Personal:
Krista Lee Catherine Summe was born on July 25, 1994.  She is the daughter of Bill and Cheryl Summe.

High School Highlights:
Krista earned four varisty letters from Cincinnati Christian, where she played for Steve Gillens. She was named First Team All-Conference all four years as a Cougar.  Krista was named First Team All-Southwest Ohio her Junior and Senior years, and Second Team All-Butler County her Senior year. Her team was Conference Champions in 2010, 2011 and 2012, followed by a Sectional Championship in 2012.

Freshman Highlights:
(2013) played in 19 games this season for the Saints including 14 starts ... batted .103 and had an RBI of 3..had 10 put outs and 2 assists.

Sophomore Highlights:
(2014) Played in 29 games, including 19 starts ... 16-for-40 at the plate with one home run, four doubles and 11 RBI.

Junior Highlights:
(2015) Played in 43 games for this Saints including 37 starts.  Krista ended the season with three homeruns, two triples, four doubles and 22 RBI.
