Biography

Junior Highlights (2025): Appeared and started in all 46 games for the Saints. Recorded a batting average of .285 on the season across 123 at-bats. Tallied 35 hits, 27 runs scored, 8 doubles, 6 triples, 22 RBIs, 29 walks, and 7 stolen bases on the season.

Sophomore Year Highlights (2024): Appeared in 35, Started in 22 games this season for the Saints. Tallied a .208 Batting Average through 48 At Bats. Recorded 10 Hits, 12 Runs, 7 RBIs, and 12 Walks. Defensively she tallied 34 Put Outs and 1 Assist. Recorded a season high 4 RBIs in the 16-5 victory over Malone on April 21st. 

First Year Highlights (2023): Appeared in 6 games, starting 4 for the Saints. Went 2-4 at the plate for the season with a walk. Also recorded 10 defensive put outs and 2 assists. 

High School Highlights: Elbe attended Mercy McAuley where she was coached by Karen Wiesman. She earned First Team All-GGCL, Honorable Mention All-District, Second Team All-GGCL, Senior All-Star Game, and Team Captain honors. She also set the program record for Home Runs in a season with five.

Personal: Ashtyn Elbe is the daughter of Tara and Brian Elbe. She has two siblings, Ryan and Alex.
