Patrick Algut Jacobson was born September 26, 1992 ... son of Peter and Pricilla ... two siblings, Paul Jacobson and Phil Jacobson.

High School Highlights:
Pat played at Warren Hills High School where he earned four letters under Coach Dan Diveny ... two-time  Honorable Mention All-State selection.

Freshman Highlights:
(2011) Played in fourteen games for the Saints ... Recorded one shot on goal.

(2012) Played and started in all 21 matches for the Saints ... had 2 points on the season with 1 goal.
