Biography

Senior Highlights (2024): Battenstein appeared and started in 19 games for the Saints. He made 5 goals off of 14 shots this season, along with one assist. He earned First Team All-Conference Honors in the G-MAC along with Second Team All-Midwest Region honors for the USC NCAA Division II.

Junior Highlights (2023): Battenstein appeared in 16 games and started 16 games for the Saints. Battenstein made 3 goals off of 11 shots this season. On September 30th, he totaled 1 one goal against Cedarville, where he played 90 minutes. 

Sophomore Highlights (2022): Started and appeared in 18 games for the Saints. Recorded 2 goals, 4 assists, and 7 shots on goal. In the September 24th game at Shawnee State, he was able to record a goal and an assist to help lead the Saints to a 3-1 victory. Earned All-Mid South Conference Second Team honors.

First-Year Highlights (2021): Started all 17 games for the Saints. Recorded a goal, an assist and nine shots on goal. 

High School Highlights: Finn was coached by Peter Koppen at Martin luther King Gesamtschule...Team captain...Top goal scorer.

Personal: Finn Battenstein is the son of Robert and Cornelia Battenstein...three siblings, Kim (32), Torben (30), and Robin (29).
