Personal:
Elijah Michael Nienaber was born on April 25, 1996 ... son of Bonnie and Hans ... has three siblings, Hank, Olivia and Alane.

High School Highlights:
Eli earned three varsity letters at Bishop Brossart High School, where he played for Coach Bryan Goller ... in Top-10 in career goals and Top-5 in career assists at Brossart ... as a senior he was All "A" State Classic MVP and won the Scott Christian More Than a Match Award ... junior season he was named to the Cardinal Cup All-Tournament Team.

Freshman Highlights:
(2014) Played in 21 matches for the Saints ... had 12 points on three goals and six assists ... had one game-winning goal.

Sophomore Highlights:
(2015) Played in 19 matches for the Saints ... had 12 points on six goals ... had one game-winning goal.

Junior Highlights:
(2016) Played in 21 games for the Saints, including 20 starts ... took 11 shots and helped on defense as the Saints shutout eight opponents ... he was named All-PAC honorable mention.

Senior Year Highlights:
(2017) Played in 16 games this season, starting four of them...Helped the Saints' defense end the season with six shut-out victories.
