Personal:
 Andrew Joseph Matthews is the son of Brian and Karen Matthews... he has four siblings; Audra, Tony, Megan and Adam.

High School Highlights:
 Andrew is a 3 varisty letter winner at Anderson High School where he was coached by Adam Jones... his senior year he was 1st Team All-Conference... he holds the record for most single season saves (120), most single seaon shutouts (11.5) and career saves (131).

First Year Highlights:
(2017) Played in six games this season, starting four of them...Was in the goal for a total of 386:44, recording 16 saves and only allowing six goals to be scored...Ended the season 2-2-1.
