High School Highlights: McElroy attended Campbell County High School where he was coached by Brian Weinrich. During his career he earned NKY Coaches Association Top 26, NKY All-Star, East vs West All-Star Game, and Team Captain honors. 

Personal: Mitch McElroy is the son of Steve McElroy and Regina McKinney. He has three siblings, Wyatt, Cooper and Berklee. His mother Regina, attended Thomas More.
