High School Highlights: Crider attended Crittenden County where he played for head coach Gaige Courtney. He earned four football letters and a basketball letter while playing for the Rockets. He was a team captain, and a three time WPSD Player of the Week. He also won the Leadership Award. He set multiple school and state records: KHSAA Record Book/School Record for Single TDs in a game (8), School record for completions in a game (27), school record for attempts in a game (44), Only Rocket player with more than 3,000 yards passing and 500 yards rushing in a career.

Personal: Luke Crider is the son of Paja and Allen Crider. He has one sibling named Ross. He is related to pro golfer Bryson Dechambou.
