Junior Highlights (2024): Appeared in all 11 games for the Saints. Recorded 52 total tackles (35 solo) on the season. Tallied 5.5 tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble and 2 pass breakups. 

Sophomore Highlights (2023): Appeared in all 11 games this season for the Saints. Recorded 28 total tackles (20 solo, 8 assisted). Also recorded 5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, 1 pass deflection and a forced fumble.

First Year Highlights (2022): Appeared in seven games this season for the Saints…Made five tackles (three solo, two assisted).

High School Highlights: Kennedy attended Frederick  Douglass where he was coached by Nathan McPeek. He earned All-District Honorable Mention honors.

Personal: Japhia Kennedy is the son of Cameron Kennedy and Deborah Clemons. He has five siblings, Cameron, Zateece, Jakaja, Demeco, and Tia.
