Senior Highlights (2024): Appeared in all 11 games for the Saints. Recorded a team high 574 yards receiving along with 38 catches and 3 touchdowns. He also returned 19 kicks for 436 yards and 17 punts for 145 yards. He finished his career with the program record in career kick returns with 81 and career kick return yards with 1975. He also finished 4th in career receptions with 117 and 10th in career receiving yards with 1,297. He earned Kentucky All-Commonwealth team honors.

Junior Highlights (2023): Appeared in 11 games for the Saints. Caught 41 passes for 317 yards and 1 touchdown. Rushed 11 times for 37 yards and 1 touchdown. Recorded 495 kick return yards on 25 attempts. Also recorded 228 punt return yards on 20 attempts. Johnson set a career record for kick return yards at 1,628. Earned G-MAC Second Team All-Conference Honors.

Sophomore Year Highlights (2022): Appeared in all 11 games for the Saints…Second in the Mid-South Conference with 434 kickoff return yards…Third in the MSC with 127 punt return yards…Third on the team with 325 receiving yards…Third on the team with 33 receptions…Rushed for 29 yards on four attempts…Named Second Team All Mid-South Conference as a Return Specialist.

First-Year Highlights (2021): Played in ten games for the Saints. Earned All-South Conference Second Team honors as a returner. Had 610 yards on 19 returns for an average of 32.1, with a long of 95. Also had five catches for 81 yards.

High School Highlights: Freddie earned four letters in football at Colerain High School under coach Bolden...All-Team Academic all four years....Second Team GMC sophomore and junior year...First Team GMC senior year...Team captain. 

Personal: Freddie Johnson is the son of Julia Burns and Freddie Johnson...three siblings, Anthony Roberson (31), Freelyn Johnson(12), and Carter Johnson(10).
