Tim Zeis in entering his 9th season as an assistant football coach at Thomas More University during the 2025-26 academic year.   

Prior to Thomas More the Erlanger, Kentucky native recently was a defensive backs coach for Conner High School from 2000-06 and then again from 2008-17. In 2007 he was moved to a defensive line coach for Conner before moving back to defensive backs. 

Zies played collegiately at Hanover College in 1979 where they were crowned Conference Champions. In 1980 and 1981, he played for the University of Dayton where they were crowned National Champions for Division II in '80 and National Runner-Up for Division III in '81.

Zies attended Hanover from 1979-80, University of Dayton from 1980-82, and Thomas More in 1996 where he received his BBA degree. He currently resides in Florence, Kentucky.
