Stephon Howard is entering his first season at Thomas More University in the 2022-23 acedmic year. He previously served at Union College where he was the defensive backs coach and assisted with special teams in 2021.

Stephon helped coach a secondary that tallied eight INT’s and also had a 1st team all-conference performer playing at Safety.

Prior to Union, Stephon did a two year stint at Bryan Station High School in Lexington, KY from 2019-2020 coaching DB’s.

He received his bachelors and master’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2019 (Sport Management) and 2021 (Sport Administration).
