Christian earned three varsity letters at Columbus East High School, where he played for Coach Bob Gaddis ... named MVP his freshman and sophomore year and team captain his junior and senior seasons ... two-time All-Conference ... honorable mention All-State as a senior ... holds three school records in baseball.
