Bill earned three varsity letters at Anderson County High School, where he played for Marck Piach ... for his career he was nine-of-12 on field goals and 178-of-183 on extra point attempts ... holds two school records; most extra points in a season (63) and most career extra points (178) ... when he graduated he was ninth in Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) for most career extra points (178), eighth in longest consecutive extra points made (57), and 12th in consecutive extra points in a season (48) ... named honorable mention All-State his junior and senior season.
