Junior Highlights (2025): Posted an overall record of 9-9 in singles play out of the first position, and an overall record of 10-7 as first doubles. Earned Second Team All-Conference honors.
Sophomore Year Highlights (2024): Appeared in all 14 matches this season for the Saints. Tallied a singles record of 5-9. Won four matches in the No. 1 singles position and one match at No. 2. Finished with a doubles record of 5-9. Won three matches at No. 1 doubles and two at No. 2.Â
First Year Highlights (2023):Â Appeared in all 18 matches for the Saints. Tied for second on the team with nine singles wins (9-8 overall). Won seven matches in the No. 1 singles position and two matches at No. 2. Led the team with 10 doubles victories (10-7 overall). Won eight matches at No. 1 doubles and two at No. 3 doubles.
Named Second Team All Mid-South Conference.
High School Highlights: Covington attended Walnut Hills High School where she was coached by Liz Brown. She earned two time First Team All-Conference, State Qualifier, and two time team captain honors.
Personal: Alexis Covington is the daughter of Steven and Marisol Covington.
