CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY – The Thomas More University women's volleyball team fell to the Shawnee State University Bears on Wednesday night in five sets. The Saints fall to 4-4 on the season and the Bears move to 3-6.
 

Shawnee State defeated Thomas More by a score of 3-2.

• Shawnee State won the first set 25-22.
• Thomas More won the second set 25-21.
• Shawnee State won the third set by a score of 25-22.
• Thomas More won the fourth set by a score of 25-16.
• Shawnee State won the final set by a score of 15-9.

 

• Reagan Martin led the offense with 17 kills. Eva Steinmetz had 14, Ceci Kamer had 13, and Sadie Stuart had 11.
• Paige Stockhoff had 28 assists and Megan Rogers had 21.
• Three Saints each had two service aces – Taylor Stivers, Reagan Martin, and Sadie Stuart.
• Taylor Stivers had 19 of the teams 84 digs.
• Sadie Stuart had four blocks on the front row.

 

The Saints will open up G-MAC Conference play on Friday evening as they host the Kentucky Wesleyan College Panthers for a 6pm start in the Connor Convocation Center.
