Saints fall to Davenport in G-MAC Quarterfinal

(GRAND RAPIDS, MI) – Thomas More University's men's lacrosse team had their ended in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Tournament Quarterfinals on Saturday (April 25) by a score of 17-10. The Saints finish the 2026 season with a 7-9 overall record and a 5-5 record within the conference.
 
How they scored
  • Junior Noah Koenig (Erlanger, KY / Dixie Heights) scored the Saints' first goal as the first quarter ended with an assist from redshirt sophomore Bryce Collins (Lewis Center, OH / Olentangy / Mercyhurst).
  • Sophomore Logan Kline (Hilliard, OH / Hilliard Darby) then started the second quarter with a goal.
  • Freshman Eric Wong (Union, KY / Cooper) scored with 4:19 remaining in the first half before Noah Koenig scored his second goal with under 10 seconds remaining before halftime.
  • Senior Joe Mariani (Warners, NY / Mater Dei Academy / Onondaga CC) scored two goals within a minute as the second half started with the second goal coming with an assist from senior Spencer Lethbridge (Cleveland, OH / Olmsted Falls).
  • Bryce Collins scored his first goal at the 11:07 mark of the third quarter to bring the Saints within two of the Panthers. He then connected with Spencer Lethbridge for a goal at the 2:44 mark.
  • Joe Mariani scored a man-up goal with 14:17 left in the game before James Kendrick had a man-up goal at 5:08 remaining. Both goals were assisted by Spencer Lethbridge.
