Women’s Cross Country Places Ninth at the National Catholic Invitational

(Southbend, IN)- Thomas More University's women's cross-country team placed 9th at the National Catholic Invitational hosted by Notre Dame on Friday (Sept. 19) with a team score of 248.

• Senior Savannah Faught (Georgetown, OH/ Georgetown) led the saints and placed 39th  overall with a time of 19:11.9 

• First-Year Campbell Gerling (Bowling Green, KY/ South Warren) followed, placing 64th overall with a time of 20:22.1 

• Senior Dyllan Hasler (Independence, KY/ Scott) placed  65th with a time of 20:22.3 

• First-Year Jordyn Brockman (Burlington, KY/ St. Henry) placed 72nd overall with a time of 20:40.0 

• Senior Joelle Klavon (Carmel, IN/ Guerin Catholic) placed 86th overall with a time of 20:59.7 

• Sophomore Ashtyn Gindling (Sunman, IN/ East Central) placed 91st with a time of 21:12.7 

• First-Year Alyssa Brunk (Liberty Township, OH/ Lakota East) placed 107th with a time of 22:01.5 

• First-Year Nichole Myers (Cleves, OH/ Taylor) placed 115th with a time of 22:28.6 

• Senior Jess Sanders (Finneytown, OH/ Finneytown) placed 120th with a time of 23:05.6 

• Junior Marie Dattilo (Cincinatti, OH/ Seton) placed 121st with a time of 23:08.1 

• Sophomore Ava Reveal (Amelia, OH/ West Clermont) placed 122nd with a time of 23:11.6 

• Senior Marlee Ross (Brookeville, OH/ Brookville) placed 124th with a time of 23:40.7 

• Sophomore Emily Brown (Villa Hills, KY/ Dixie Heights) placed 125th with a time of 23:45.3 

• First-Year Abigail Glace (Cincinatti, OH/ McNicholas) placed 126th with a time of 23:52.8 

• Senior Maggie McSorley (Versailles, KY/ Woodford County) placed 128th  with a time of 24:10.9 

• First-Year Brooke Grauel (Cleves, OH/ Taylor) placed 129th with a time of 24:15.7 

The Saints return on Saturday October 11th at the UAH Chargers Invite hosted by the University of Alabama Huntsville.
