Women's Golf Competes at the Champions of Women's Golf Classic

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)-Thomas More University women's golf team opened the season at ODU's Champions of Women's Golf Classic. The team placed 13th out of 15 team with a total score of 695 (356, 339).

• Sophomore Cambria Burke (South Shore, Ky./Greenup County) tied for 54th with a total score of 169 in two rounds (89, 80).
• Junior Elena Beck (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) finished in 71st with a total score of 174 (87, 87).
• Sophomore Lauryn Lambert (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mercy McAuley) came in 72nd shooting a 176 on the weekend (93, 83).
• First year Jenna Lynch (Morrow, Ohio/Little Miami) tied for 79th with a score of 181 (90, 91).
• First year Emma Laker (Alexandria,Ky./Bishop Brossart) also tied for 79th with a score of 181 (92, 89).
• Sophomore Natalie Lovell (Covington, Ky./Notre Dame) came in 83rd with a scoe of 184 (90, 94).

The Saints return September 20-21 at the Randy Sadler Invitational in Liberty, Ind.
