Women's Golf Opens Season at SVSU Spring Invite

(FLORENCE, Ky.)-Thomas More University's women's golf team opened the spring season at the SVSU Spring Invite this weekend shooting a 1020 (338, 341, 341).

• Sophomore Natalie Lovell (Covington, Ky./Notre Dame) tied for 15th with a total score of 254 (86, 86, 82).
• Sophomore Cambria Burke (South Shore, Ky./Greenup County) followed tied for 17th with a score of 255 (85, 84, 86).
• Sophomore Lauryn Lambert (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mercy McAuley) came in 23rd with a score of 261 (83, 92, 86).
• First year Emma Laker (Alexandria, Ky./Bishop Brossart) placed tied for 24th with a score of 263 (90, 86, 87).
• Junior Megan Childs (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) also tied for 24th with a score of 263 (84, 85, 94).
• First year Jenna Lynch (Morrow, Ohio/Little Miami) placed 34th with a score of 277 (90, 92, 95).

The Saints return Monday (March 30) at the Belterra Classic in Florence, Ind.
