(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) – The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced their 2025 Men's Soccer Coaches' Preseason Poll this afternoon, and Thomas More was picked to finish 5th with 76 points and one first place vote.
This will be the Saints thirs season in the G-MAC after posting a 8-9-3 (7-5-2) record last season. The Saints finished in 6th place in the conference a year ago, and reached the G-MAC Semifinals where they fell to the number two seeded Findlay Oilers in PKs. This will be head coach
Scott Phipps' fourth season at the helm of the program.
Tiffin tops the poll with 6 first place votes and a total of 105 points. The Findlay Oilers sit in second with 4 first place votes and 94 total points. The rest of the top five includes Lake Erie in third with 90 points, Ashland in fourth with 77 points, and Thomas More in fifth with 76 points and one first place vote.
The remaining poll shows Cedarville in 6th with 72 points, Kentucky Wesleyan in 7th with 68 points, Walsh in 8th with 52 points, Northwood in 9th with 37 points, Ohio Dominican in 10th with 33 points, and Malone in 11th with 22 points.
Thomas More opens the season on September 4th, against Roosevelt University at Republic Bank Field. Game time is set for 5:00 PM.
