Men's Volleyball Falls on Senior Night to Charleston

(Crestview Hills, KY) - The Thomas More University men's volleyball team faced off against the Charleston University Golden Eagles on Thursday (April 10) for senior day.  The Golden Eagles defeated the Saints in three straight sets as Thomas More now moves on to 7-12 overall.

Charleston defeats Thomas More, 0-3.

 

  • Charleston won the opening set 25 to 23.

  • Charleston won the third set 25 to 22.

  • Charleston won the third set and the match 25 to 17.

 

Notables

 

  • Junior Dominic Rossi (Pittsburgh, PA/Shaler Area) led the Saints in kills with 11.

  • Junior Will Busken (Cincinnati, OH/Elder) led the team in service aces with 2.  

  • Sophomore Jacob Schurfranz (Louisville, KY/Trinity) led the match in blocks with 2.5.

  • Junior Noah Smith-Trondle (Cincinnati, OH/Walnut Hills) led the match in assists with 31.
