Saints Fall to #7 Seton Hill on Saturday Morning

(GREENSBURG, PA) - The Thomas More Men's Lacrosse team took on #7 Seton Hill on Saturday (March, 15th) morning. Thomas More fell by a final score of 29 to 4. Thomas More is now 2-4 overall and 1-2 in G-MAC play.

• Seton Hill scored the first 4 goals of the game to take an early lead.
• Graduate student Wyatt Fruland (Cincinnati, OH / Indian Hill) scored unassisted to put Thomas More on the scoreboard (1-4).
• Seton Hill scores 5 more goals to make it 9 to 1.
• Sophomore Noah Koenig (Erlanger, KY / Dixie Heigts) scores off an assist from Fruland to make it a 9-2 score after the first quarter.
• Seton Hill scores 16 more goals to make it 25 to 2.
• Fruland scores his second goal of the game off the assist from first year Connor Doyle (Oshawa, Canada / Maxwell Heights) to end the Seton Hill run.
• After two more Seton Hill goals, sophomore Jackson Goetz (Edgewood, KY / Dixie Heights) scores off an assist from Fruland to make it a 27 to 4 game.
• Seton Hill ends the game with 2 more goals to make the final 29 to 4.

• Wyatt Fruland led the Saints with 2 goals and 2 assists, earning a point on all 4 Saint goals.
• Junior Patrick Giles (Goodyear, AZ / Desert Edge) recorded a team high 4 caused turnovers with 4 ground balls.
• Noah Koenig and Jackson Goetz both recorded a goal for the Saints.
