Men's Basketball Comes up Short to Kentucky Wesleyan on Senior Day

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.)-Thomas More University's men's basketball team fell to Kentucky Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon (March 1), 87-87. The Saints overall record falls to 17-0 and 12-8 in conference.

First Half
  • Senior Casey George (Pickerington, Ohio/Pickerington North) drained a 3-point basket to kick things off for the Saints with 18:55 on the clock to make it a 3-5 game.
  • Junior Mitchell Rylee (Ft. Mitchell, Ky./Kentucky Wesleyan) made a layup to put the Saints within two with 14:01 to play in the half (11-13).
  • First year Jashaun Pouncy (Erlanger, Ky./Cooper) drove in for a layup to put the Saints up 20-13 with 10:38 on the clock.
