Saints and Panthers Tie to End Regular Season Play

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.)-Thomas More University's women's soccer team tied Kentucky Wesleyan on Tuesday evening (Nov 4), 3-3. The Saints finish their regular season with an overall record of 7-9-2 and 6-6-2 in conference.

How they scored
  • Senior Lauren Laake (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mt. Notre Dame) scored off an in and out goal to put the Saints on the board 1-0 with 12:11 on the clock. 
  • Kentucky Wesleyan scored in the 13th minute to tie things up at 1-1.
  • With 25 minute on the clock, first year Alexis Harden (Loveland, Ohio/Loveland) found the back of the net to put the Saints up 2-1.
  • Sophomore Ivy Hoffman (Covington, Ky./Holy Cross) extended the Saints lead in the 37th minute to make it a 3-1 game.
  • Kentucky Wesleyan scored in the 55th minute to make it a 3-2 game.
