Saints Swept in Saturday Action at Blue Bridge Battle

(EVANSVILLE, IN)-Thomas More University's softball team fell to Ferris State in game one 12-0 and 9-1 to Davenport in game two. The Saints overall record falls to 0-8.

How they scored
Game 1:
  • Ferris State scored four runs in the first, six in the third, one in the fourth and one in the fifth.
Game 2:
  • Davenport scored six runs in the first inning. two in the third and one in the fourth.
  • Junior Josie Wefer (Cincinnati, Ohio/Oak Hills) scored on a wild pitch in the fourth inning for the Saints.

Game 1:
  • Graduate Student Hailey McAdoo (Cincinnati, OH / Mercy McAuley) went 1-2 at the plate.
