Women's Golf Places Second at the UPike Fall Invitational to Wrap up Fall Season

(PRESTONBURG, Ky.)-Thomas More University's women's golf team placed second at the UPike Fall Invitational this week (September 30-October 1). The Saints shot a total score of 676 (332, 344) to wrap up their fall season.

• First year transfer Natalie Lovell (Covington, Ky./Notre Dame Academy) placed fifth with a score of 162 (80, 82) and was named to the All-Tournament Team.
• Sophomore Megan Childs (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) recorded a total score of 167 (84, 83) to finish in eighth and was also named to the All-Tournament Team.
• First year Lauryn Lambert (Cincinnati,Ohio/Mercy McAuley) shot a 169 (79, 90) to tie for ninth and be named to the All-Tournament Team.
• Senior Sydney Miller (Cincinnati, Ohio/Mercy McAuley) tied for 13th with a score of 178 (89, 89).
• Sophomore Elena Beck (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) competed as an individual and finished in 18th, shooting a 183 (92, 91).
• Sophomore Anna Schmitt (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) tallied a total score of 195 (97, 98) to come in 24th.
