Rhodes Scores Career High of Three Goals to Help Guide the Saints by the Arrows

Box Score (CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky)-Thomas More University women's soccer team defeated Ursuline on Saturday afternoon, 5-1. The Saints overall record improves to 2-5-2 and 2-3-1 in conference.

• In the sixth minute, graduate student Sydney Rhodes (Lebanon, Ohio/Kings) found the right upper 90 of the goal, off an assist by junior Amy Bos (Nijmegen, Netherlands Mondial College Nijmegen) to give the Saints the 1-0 lead.
• Amy Bos would score a header off of a free kick by first year Andela Popovic (Belgrade, Serbia Belgrade High School) in the ninth minute to extend the lead to 2-0.
• Andela Popovic would pass a ball to Sydney Rhodes for her second goal of the game to make it 3-0.
• Sydney Rhodes would score her third goal of the game for her career high of goals scored in a game in the 15th minute to give the Saints a 4-0 lead.
• In the 55th minute, Ursuline's Julia Greskamp would score to make it a 4-1 game.
• Andela Popovic would secure the Saints win in the 61st minute, finding the back of the net off of a penalty kick (5-1).

• Sydney Rhodes had four shots with three finding the back of the net for a career high in a game.
• Andela Popovic tallied three shots with one for a goal and had one assist.
• Amy Bos had one goal and one assist.
• Senior Danielle Kulbe (Batvia, Ohio/Batavia) had two shots on goal.
