Men's Tennis Suffer Loss to Freed Hardeman

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.)-Thomas More University's men's tennis team fell 5-2 to Freed Hardeman on Friday (April 7). The Saints overall record falls to 1-11 and 0-8 in conference.

• Senior Sergio San Pablo (Madrid, Spain/Valdefuentes) and first year Jackson Poulos (Edgewood, Ky./Covington Catholic) defeated Aleksa Pesic and Theo Devals 6-4.
•  Junior Juan Pablo Villagrana Francisco (Cordoba, Veracruz/TEC de Monterrey) and sophomore Eliot Burer fell 6-4 to Merlin Bolema and Maxime Guyon.
• First year Sebastian Guevara (Cusco, Peru Andino Cusco International School) and graduate student Gavin Dail (North Hollywood, Calif./Van Nuys) were defated by Nolan Laduree and Caden Arnold 6-2.

• Sergio San Pablo fell 6-4, 2-6, and 4-6 to Merlin Bolema.
• Jackson Poulos defeated Aleksa Pesic 6-2 and 6-1.
• Juan Pablo Villagrana was defeated by Maxime Guyon 2-6, 6-4, and 5-7.
• Sebastian Guevara fell 0-6 and 0-4 by forfeit to Nolan Laduree.
• Gavin Dail came up short to Theo Devals 2-6, 6-4, and 4-6.
• First Year Sameul Mimbrero Lendinez won 6-4 and 6-4 over Caden Arnold.

The Saints return to action today (April 8) against Freed Hardeman at 4:30 pm ET at Five Seasons Family Sports Club.
