Men's Tennis Falls on the Road to Pikeville

(PIKEVILLE, Ky.)-Thomas More University's men's tennis team fell to Pikeville on Friday (March 24) 4-0. The Saints overall record falls to 1-8 and 0-5 in conference.

• Senior Sergio San Pablo (Madrid, Spain/Valdefuentes) and first year Jackson Poulos (Edgewood, Ky./Covington Catholic) won 6-1 over Alfonso Robinson and Martin Lorenzo.
•  Junior Juan Pablo Villagrana Francisco (Cordoba, Veracruz/TEC de Monterrey) and sophomore Eliot Burer fell to Juan Diego Alzante and Mirko Dedich 6-3.
• Junior Nehmia Molla (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Heritage Academy) and first year Samuel Mimbrero Lendinez were defeated 6-3 to Valentin Ortiz and Paulo Castillo.

• Sergio San Pablo fell to Valentin Ortiz 6-1 and 6-2.
• Juan Pablo Villagrana Francisco was defeated 6-1 and 6-0 to Juan Diego Alzate.
• Jackson Poulos and Mirko Dedich went 6-3 and 3-3 unfinished.
• Nehmia Moll and Alfonso Robinson went 6-3 and 1-4 unfinished.
• Samuel Mimbrero Lendinez fell by the scores 6-1 and 6-4 to Paulo Castillo.
• Eliot Burer and Martin Lorezo match was forfeited due to weather.

The Saints return to the court on Tuesday (March 28) against Georgetown in Georgetown, Ky. at 3:00 pm ET.
