Tigers Defeat Men's Tennis 7-0

(GEORGETOWN, Ky.)-Thomas More University men's tennis team fell to Georgetown (Ky.) on Tuesday (March 28) 7-0. The Saints overall record falls to 1-9 and 0-6 in conference.

•  First year Jackson Poulos (Edgewood, Ky./Covington Catholic) and senior Sergio San Pablo (Madrid, Spain/Valdefuentes) defeated Max Barriere and Chase Hechemy 6-4.
• Sophomore Eliot Burer and junior Juan Pablo Villagrana Francisco (Cordoba, Veracruz/TEC de Monterrey) fell to Parker Clarke and Tsugu Hirose 6-0.
• First year Samuel Mimbrero Lendinez and first year Sebastian Guevara (Cusco, Peru Andino Cusco International School) were defeated 6-0 to Stephen Taylor and Leo Schrimer. 

• Sergio San Pablo fell to Max Barriere 6-4, 2-6, and 6-7 (5).
• Jackson Poulos was defeated 4-6, 6-2, and 1-6 by Leo Schrimer.
• Juan Pablo Villagrana Francisco came up short to Parker Clarke 0-6, 6-3, and 0-6.
• Eliot Burer was defeated by Tsugu Hirose 0-6 and 0-6.
• Sebastian Guevara fell 1-6 and 1-6 to Logan Smallwood.
• Samuel Mimbrero Lendinez was defeated 1-6 and 2-6 to Stephen Taylor.

The Saints return to the court on Thursday (March 30) against Lindsey Wilson at 3:00 pm ET in Columbia, Ky.
