Cabau's Second Half Goal Helps the Saints Tie #25 Cumberland

(LEBANON, TN.)-Thomas More University men's soccer team, rallied in the second half to force a 1-1 tie against #25 Cumberland. Junior Jordi Cabau was able to find the back of the net to even the score. The Saints move to an overall record of (8-3-2) and a Mid-South Conference record of (3-2-2).

• Junior Jordi Cabau (Cubelles, Spain / Escola Vitae) got the Saints on the board in the 50th minute with a goal off of assists from Flo Meyer and Ben Oliver.
• Sophomore Ben Oliver (Eckington, England / Hartpury College) had an assist on the Cabau goal.
• Sophomore Flo Meyer (Mulheim, Germany / Luisenschule) had an assist on the Cabau goal.

• Flo Meyer had an assist
• First Year Emilio Benmergui Rodriquez (Caracas, Venezuela / Cumbres School Valencia) recorded four saves while playing in goal.

The Saints return to action on Saturday (October 15th) against Tennessee Southern in Pulaski, Tenn. with kick off at 5:15 pm ET.
