Box Score Cincinnati, Ohio - The women's volleyball program at Thomas More fell to Mount St. Joseph by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday night. With the loss the Saints drop to 15-3 on the season.
- Mount St. Joseph won sets one, two, and four by scores of 25-17, 25-23, and 26-24.
- Thomas More won set three by a score of 25-21.
- Senior Emily Mohs (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) led the Saints in kills with 17, Mohs also tallied 20 digs.
- First-year Asia Ferrando (Masone, Italy / Barletti Ovada) notched 22 digs to lead the team in the category.
- Senior Lizzie Schoenfeld (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) registered 22 assists in the four sets to lead the team.
- First-year Sam McClanahan (Georgetown, Ky./Scott County) had 19 digs in the game.
- First-Year Torri Wurtz (Cold Spring, Ky. / Holy Cross) tallied 11 kills on the evening.
The women's volleyball team will return to the court tomorrow, September 29, when they take on conference foe Pikeville in the Connor Convocation Center at 7 p.m. ET.
