Men's Soccer Outscore Cumberland 1-0 in MSC Victory

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.)- Thomas More's men's soccer team outscored Cumberland 1-0 on Sunday afternoon (March 14). The record improves to 2-4 overall and 1-4 in the conference. 

• With 10:06 on the clock, Thomas More's Senior Brendan Jones (Cincinnati, Ohio/Summit Country Day) volleyed the ball into the back of the net to put the Saints up 1-0.

• Junior Griffin Garrison (Cincinnati, Ohio/McNicholas) had two shots with one on goal. 
• Sophomore Andrew Wahl (Covington, Ky./Holy Cross)and Sophomore Brady McKinley (Hebron, Ky./Conner) recorded one shot.
• Sophomore goal keeper George Tidswell (Skipton, England/South Craven School) played all 90 minutes, recording five saves.

Next up, the Saints take on Martin Methodist in a Mid-South Conference match up on March 16 at BB&T Field with a 3:30 pm ET kick-off.
