- Sophomore midfielder Charlie Allan (Cardiff, Wales/Cardiff) would strike first at the 28:57 mark in the first half giving TMU a 1-0 lead.
- Kenneth Ramirez scored one of his two goals to tie the game up at 1 less than ten minutes later.
- Pierce Turner (Milford, Ohio/Milford) would help the Saints re-take the lead at 2-1 in the 70th minute off a feed from senior Ian Manahan (Hebron, Ky./St. Henry).
- Mauricio Jose Gonzalez would tie the game back up at 2 in the 77th minute.
- Ramirez would leave his mark for the Lions scoring in the third minute of overtime to give Freed the win at 3-2.
- Junior Griffin Garrison (Cincinnati, Ohio/McNicholas) tallied two shots with one being on goal.
- Senior Adam Matthews (Cincinnati, Ohio/Anderson) had one shot on goal that was saved by the keeper.
Men's soccer will return to action tomorrow (March 2), where they will take on conference newcomer Bethel in McKenzie, Tennessee, kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. ET.
