Box Score (Crestview Hills, Ky.) – The women's volleyball program at Thomas More took down the University of the Cumberlands on Saturday, February 27 by a score of 3-1. With the win the Saints move to 3-3 overall and 2-2 in conference play.
- Thomas More defeated Cumberlands 3-1 by scores of 25-15, 25-20, and 25-20, the lone dropped set was 25-19 UC.
- Junior outside hitter Emily Mohs (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) led the team in kills with 13.
- Sophomore middle hitter Sawyer Lorentz (Dover, Ohio/Dover) followed Mohs with 10 kills of her own.
- Junior setter Lizzie Schoenfeld (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton) had a team high 19 assists in the four sets.
- Sophomore middle hitter Danyka Groover (Rising Sun, Ind./Rising Sun) had three solo blocks in the match.
- Sophomore Libero Megan Finley (North Bend, Ohio/Taylor) notched 17 digs and five service aces on the evening.
Women's volleyball will return to the court on March 3, in the Connor Convocation Center where they will welcome Marian (Ind.), the match is set to start at 7 p.m. ET.
