Saints Top Across River Rival, MSJ, 3-1

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.) - The No.11-ranked Thomas More Saints took down across-the-river rival Mount St. Joseph, 3-1, tonight in the Connor Convocation Center. 

• With the win, the Saints improve to 12-1 overall while the Lions drop to 5-5.
• Thomas More won with scores of 25-13, 25-16, 21-25, 25-20.
• 24 different Saints saw action tonight during some point of the match.
• Emily Mohs and Jenna Mummert  led the team in kills, each recording 10.
• Jenna Fessler led the game with 31 assists, along with one kill and two digs. 
• Jessica Ginn led the team with 17 digs, along with two assists and two service aces. 
• The Saints out hit the Lions, 53-38.
  
  

• Thomas More hits the road to transylvania to take on the Pioneers on Saturday. The Saints then head to Decatue, Ill. to take on Buena Vista, Millikin, and Hope on Sept. 28/29.
