No. 23- Ranked Women's Volleyball Aims to Continue its Win Streak

(CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky.) - The No. 23-ranked Thomas More women's volleyball team aims to continue their win streak, hosting Cincinnati Christian University for the first home game of the season. The 4-0 Saints will take on the 2-1 Eagles at 7:00pm.

  • First home game of the season for the Saints.
  • Game will start at 7:00pm in the Connor Convocation Center.
  • Thomas More moved into the AVCA Top-25 poll on Tuesday appearing at No. 23 after it's 4-0 start.

  • The Saints opened their season this past weekend 4-0 in the Ohio Northern Tournament.
  • Saints took down two ranked teams, No. 19 ONU 3-2, and No. 12 Carnegie Mellon 3-1.
  • Thomas More also defeated Case Western Reserve, 3-1, and Bluffton, 3-0.
  • Jenna Mummert leads the team in kills with 70, Jenna Fessler leads the team in assists with 114, and Jessica Ginn leads the team in digs with 76.

  • The Cincinnati Christian University Eagles are coming into the matchup tomorrow with a 2-1 record.
  • The Eagles took down Wilmington College and Miami University-Hamilton over the weekend.
  • CCU welcomes three freshmen, along with three sophomores, two juniors, and one senior.
  • The Eagles are coached under first year head coach, Meredith Heater.
