Biography
Senior Highlights (2023): Competed in all 6 indoor meets and all 6 outdoor meets for the Saints. Earned First Team All-Conference honors in the Discus Throw and Third Team All-Conference honors in the Hammer Throw at the Mid South Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Earned Academic All-Conference and Champion of Character honors. Set program record in the Hammer Throw with a mark of 45.05 meters.
Sophomore Highlights: (2021) Javelin overall best throw was at the Art Lanham Invitational at the 29.13m mark....at the Montreat College Last Chance was her best discus throw at the 39.86 mark...Shot put her best was at the Art Lanham Invitational (9.99m).
Personal: Rachel A Berwanger is the daughter of Mike and Amy Berwanger...Two siblings, Jessica (16) and Kristen (14).
