Men's Cross Country Finishes Third at Hanover Invitational

(HANOVER, Ind.) – The Thomas More University men's cross country team recorded a team time of 1:46:55.7 today (Saturday, September 7, 2019) to finish third out of five teams at the Hanover College Invitational at Hanover, Indiana.

  • Senior Oscar Ramirez (Florence, Ky./Ryle) paced the Saints as he had a time of 20:38.2 to finish fifth out of 48 runners.
  • Sophomore David Klenk (Lebanon, Ohio/Lebanon) was eighth with a time of 20:56.9.
  • First-year Andrew Schultz (Independence, Ky./Walton-Verona) was ninth with a time of 20:59.0.
  • First-year Tanner Ellis (Georgetown, Ohio/Georgetown) was 11th with a time of 21:02.2.
  • First-year Kyle Gutfreund (Bright, Ind./East Central) was 23rd with a time of 23:19.4.

  • Thomas More returns to the race course next Saturday (September 14) when it competes at the Cedarville University Invitational in Cedarville, Ohio.
