Senior Highlights (2023): Competed in all 6 indoor meets, and all 6 outdoor meets for the Saints. Earned Academic All-Conference and First Team All-Conference at the Outdoor MSC Championships in the 400 meter Hurdles. Set program records in the indoor 600 meter Run with a time of 1:24.32 and in the outdoor 400 meter Hurdles with a time of 55.68.
Sophomore Highlights (2020-21): Competed in the 200 meter dash with a season best time of 22.75...Competed in the 4x100 meter relay with a season best time of 43.4...Competed on the 4x400 meter team that took fourth at the Mid-South Conference Championships with a time of 3:27.028...Competed in the long jump with a season best jump of 20'1.75"...Competed in the triple jump with a season best jump of 40'8.96".
High School Highlights:Noah was a four-year letterwinner at Beechwood, coached by David Meyers.
Personal: Noah Jeffrey Howard is the son of Jeff and Denise Howard...Three siblings, Nathan (17), Naomi (14), and Nora (9).
