Junior Highlights (2025): Competed in all 12 meets on the year for the Saints. Posted two top 10 finishes on the year, including a 2nd place finish at the Pioneer Invite in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:34.84.

Personal: Montrell Henderson is the son of Michael Brooks and Castella Lewis. he has two siblings, Michelle and Rashid. He transferred to Thomas More from Northern Kentucky University.
