Biography
Freshman Highlights (2025): Competed in 6 events for the Saints. Had a 21st place finish at the Tiffelberg Invitational with a time of 16:42.2 in the 5k. Ran a season best 8k time of 26:58.0 at the Jenna Strong Invitational before running a 35:13.5 10k at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships.
High School Highlights: Tackett attended Paul Laurence Dunbar where he was coached by Kylie Rutherford. During his career he qualified for stat in cross crountry all four years.
Personal: Stephen Tackett is the son of Dana and Stanley Tackett. He has one sibling, David.
