James Alexander Bramer was born on July 19, 1995 ... son of Tony Bramer and Mary Bramer ... has three siblings, Andy, Michael and Matthew.

High School Highlights:
Alex ran at Holy Cross High School for Wayne Bey.

Freshman Highlights:
(2013) Finished 97th at the PAC Championship with a season-best time of 32:25.0.

Sophomore Highlights:
(2014) Best 8K time was 30:40.0 at the Division III Pre-National Meet in Mason, Ohio ... top 5K mark was 20:15.8 at the Queen City Invitational ... finished 83rd at the PAC Championship with a time of 33:17.2.

Senior Highlights:
Fishished 84th with a time of 32:10 in PAC Championship.
