(GREENWOOD, Ind.) – The College Sports Communicators announced the 2025-2026 At-Large Academic All-District Team. Included on the team are student-athletes who compete in men's golf, men's lacrosse, men's volleyball, and men's wrestling. Thomas More had 6 total male athletes earn the honor.
Representing men's golf on the list are sophomore
Ben Egan (Toledo, OH / St. Francis de Sales) and junior
Nathan Resing (Fort Wright, KY / Covington Catholic). Egan earns the honor in his first year being eligible and it is Resing's second time being named Academic All-District.
Representing men's lacrosse on the list is sophomore
Cole Knipper (Wilder, KY / Covington Catholic). It is his first time being named Academic All-District.
Representing men's volleyball on the list is junior
Blake Kibler (Columbus, OH / Licking Heights). It is his first CSC Academic All-District honor.
Representing men's wrestling on the list are sophomore
Trevor Wilcox (Haskins, OH / Otsego) and senior
Zach Watson (Verona, KY / Walton Verona). It is Watson's second time and Wilcox's first time being named Academic All-District.
To be nominated, the student-athlete must be a sophomore both academically and athletically. Golfers must be in the lineup for 75% of an institution's team scoring events or in the line up at the conference championship tournament. Lacrosse and volleyball players must compete in 90% of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66% of the institution's games. While volleyball liberos are not statistically listed as starters, for this award they may be counted as a starter. Bowlers must be in the lineup for 75% of an institution's days of competition. The student athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale. Graduate students must have a minimum of a 3.50 for both their graduate program GPA and their undergraduate GPA.
